Decorative Chip flake floors

Our Proven Process:
Comprehensive Assessment:
We begin with a free assessment to test for moisture, contamination, and concrete hardness. This allows us to determine the exact level of preparation required to build a floor solution tailored to your specific environment.
Diamond Grinding:
To ensure proper adhesion, the floor is diamond-ground to create a textured profile. During this stage, any existing coatings are professionally removed.
Repair Work:
We identify and fill all cracks and pitting to create a uniform surface (please note: this does not include functional control saw joints).
Surface Refining:
The floor is lightly ground a second time to smooth out the fillers and ensure a level, seamless finish.
Decorative Broadcast:
Decorative chip flakes are broadcast into the wet basecoat at a 100% coverage rate for maximum aesthetic and structural density.
Dual Topcoat Finish:
Two coats of Polyaspartic clear coat are applied, resulting in a UV-stable, chemical-resistant, and impact-resistant finish that is both easy to clean and slip-resistant.
Return to Service:
Your new floor is ready for foot traffic the very next day and can return to full service (including vehicle traffic) within 72 hours.
100% Solids Epoxy Flooring
For those seeking a sleek, seamless, "solid color" aesthetic, our 100% Solids Epoxy floors are the ideal choice. Designed primarily for indoor use, these systems are a staple for warehouses and commercial spaces where a clean, high-performance finish is required.
The Process:

Precision Application:
The 100% solid epoxy is poured onto the prepared surface and distributed with professional-grade squeegees to ensure a perfectly even application rate.
Refinement & Self-Leveling:
The coating is back-rolled and spike-rolled to release any trapped air bubbles. This allows the epoxy to self-level, resulting in a smooth, glass-like finish.
Optional Polyaspartic Topcoat:
For environments requiring enhanced scratch resistance and UV protection, an optional Polyaspartic clear coat can be applied to further increase the floor's durability.
Metallic Floors

Polished Concrete

The Process:
Aggregate Exposure:
We utilize a 6-to-12 step grinding process to reveal the desired amount of natural stone (aggregate) within your concrete.
Densification & Color:
The floor is treated with high-grade densifiers to harden the surface. At this stage, custom stains can be integrated for a bespoke color finish.
Diamond Honing:
Using progressively finer diamond-grit bits, we hone the floor to your specific "Luster Level"—ranging from a subtle Matte (Level 1) to a mirror-like High-Gloss (Level 6).
